Catering Credit Program
We receive an extremely high volume of catering and food donation requests, many of which are varied in nature and need. To continue to accommodate as many organizations as possible, we have developed a catering fundraising platform. This program allows organizations to collect receipts from in-store visits to earn a catering credit and apply the credit to any form of catering needed by the group.
HOW IT WORKS:
Register
- Determine the time period you would like to gather receipts from your patrons. Sign up today!
Receipts
- Start collecting receipts throughout the period. Remind your friends that the more they spend, the higher the donation will be. Ask them to consider purchasing high price point items and buy dinner for the entire family. If they were going to anyways, you might as well benefit!
Collect & Submit Receipts

Receive Credit
- Allow two (2) weeks to receive your catering credit total. Following collection of receipts, we will note your account with a credit that you can use at any time. After this point you can schedule you catering with two-weeks (2) notice, or you can let the program administrator know when you are ready to book your catering.

GUIDELINES:
- The collection period can begin as soon as your organization is approved and can be for as little as one month, or up to 6 months.
- Credit total is determined based on the pre-tax, post discount total of all receipts collected.
- Your credit can be used in any way your organization needs, including: feeding your group/team, concession stand or event food, teacher appreciation, etc.
- Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the time of receipt submission to receive your catering credit total.
- Once you receive your credit, you may place a catering order for your organization at any time by contacting our Catering Department at [email protected].
- Please note: Catering credits cannot be combined with any discounts or promotional offers. Catering and gift card purchase receipts are not eligible toward credit.
- All requests for food require participation in the catering credit program. Please direct any questions to [email protected].
